Overview
Posh Pixel is the company's consulting practice. It works out which AI tools actually suit what a person or a business does, builds them into existing workflows rather than around them, and trains the people who will be using them.
The work runs on the Clear Desk Method, a seven-stage process — Brief, Audit, Script, Build, Rehearse, Air, Rewrite — with two approval gates: nothing is built before the design is signed off, and nothing goes live before a rehearsal is.
It sells no software and takes no referral fees. Alongside the consulting there is a course, a book and speaking work, in English and Spanish.
Purpose
To make AI genuinely useful inside the way a business already works, instead of asking the business to rearrange itself around the tools.
Primary audience
Individuals who want to work more efficiently, and companies whose teams need to change how they work — in both cases assuming little or no AI background.
